WALRINGplus
The Danfoss WALRINGplus Soft Seal Cutting Ring is a two-edge cutting ring with additional soft sealing for both possible leak paths. It is optimized for easy and reliable assembly also for thin wall tubing with a design that eliminates possible root causes for leakage.
Features
- The WALRINGplus offers a clear block-stop-assembly function which provides a feelable and clear torque increase for the operator at the end of the assembly.
- Due to the clear block-stop-assembly function no torque is required.
- The soft seal in the WALRINGplus prevents leakage for both possible leak paths.
- The WALRINGplus allows the safe assembly also for very thin wall tubing without the need to use additional insert sleeves.
- The unique design of the inner area of WALRINGplus requires a significantly lower force to pull the ring over the tube.
- For WALRINGplus components in carbon steel no lubrication is required for assembly.
- WALRINGplus has positioned the outer soft seal of the cutting ring on a position that allows frequent repeated assembly.
- WALRINGplus O-Ring grooves allow an improved stress curve in the material what increases the mechanical resistance.
